Materials Used on NRS Inflatable Rafts
The materials and construction used on the Livery series oozes quality. From the tough 1100-denier/41 oz. Pennel Orca fabric on the tubes and floor, to the Leafield C7 valves, an Otter Livery is built to last for years. Other features of NRS Otter Livery rafts include two-chamber tube construction, and the NRS BAT (Batten Attachment Thwarts) System that allows you to attach the seats at different points or move them altogether for an empty raft or to attach a frame.
A Highly Recommended Fishing Craft
Reviews on the NRS Otter Livery rafts constantly compare them to Aire and Tributary rafts with the Livery series winning hands down. Aire and Tributary are budget inflatables, and contain PVC outer shells and urethane bladders, while the Livery rafts have the same Pennel Orca fabric used on the NRS E-Series boats. The Livery series have a Standard Floor which makes it ideal for lakes and lazy rivers – any fishing or slow rafting situation where you don’t want water inside. If you were looking for a self-bailing raft for rougher water, you want the Otter Series.
